A space where you can feel heard, safe and supported
Hello, I'm Luke, a registered counsellor with PACFA, dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, which is why I place a strong emphasis on building genuine connection, trust, and psychological safety from the very first session. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and accepted, no matter what challenges you may be facing.
Using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I work alongside individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, alcohol and other drug concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem or identity. I tailor counselling to your unique needs, drawing on approaches including Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based practice, and harm minimization.
I believe that everyone has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, develop practical strategies, and move towards the life you want to create.
Whether you're facing a difficult period in your life or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, you are welcome here. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected, empowered, and confident in navigating whatever comes next.
